These terms apply to your use of Forms Bridge (forms-bridge.com). By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

Who provides the service

What Forms Bridge does

Forms Bridge helps web developers connect Webflow forms to Google Sheets. You create a project for a client and send them a setup link. The client connects their own Google account, and Forms Bridge creates a spreadsheet and a script there. Webflow then sends form submissions straight to that script, which writes them into the client's spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet and the script live in the client's Google account and belong to the client. Once set up, they keep working even if you stop using Forms Bridge.

Your account

You need an account to create projects. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and, if you use Forms Bridge for a business, able to accept these terms for it.

Setups and payments

  • A setup is one client project whose client has finished connecting their Google account and approving the script. Every account gets one free setup.
  • A project waiting for its client holds a setup until the client finishes, or until you delete the project. A finished setup stays used even if you later delete the project.
  • Further setups are sold in one-time plans shown on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and are final; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Unused setups don't expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You receive an electronic invoice by email.
  • Codes (for example for testers) may give free setups for a limited time. Projects started with them stay free.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you buy, you ask us to make the setups available immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once you start using them. Your responsibilities

  • Use Forms Bridge only for lawful purposes, and only with clients who agree to connect their Google account.
  • You and your client are responsible for the data your forms collect: for telling your website's visitors how it's used (your own privacy notice) and for having a legal basis to collect it.
  • Don't try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, or resell access to it.

Google, Webflow and other services

Forms Bridge relies on Google (Sheets, Apps Script) and Webflow, whose own terms apply to your and your client's use of them. Changes they make (for example to their APIs or quotas) can affect Forms Bridge. Forms Bridge is an independent product and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Webflow or Google.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Forms Bridge running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever close the service, we'll tell you in advance; scripts already set up keep working in your clients' Google accounts.

Liability

Forms Bridge is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can stop using Forms Bridge at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Setups already bought are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you by email about important changes; continuing to use Forms Bridge after that means you accept them.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Consumers keep the protection of the laws of the country where they live, and may also turn to their local consumer protection authority or the EU's online dispute resolution service.
